1. Is EL-TONIC Tan suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes. The formula was specifically developed with sensitive skin in mind. As with any cosmetic product, we recommend performing a patch test 24 hours prior to application.

2. What kind of result should I expect?
A natural-looking golden glow with an even, streak-free finish and deeply hydrated skin.

3. Is this a gradual tan?
No, EL-TONIC Tan delivers an instant golden glow through its guide colour and is a developing self-tan. A single application provides visible colour that deepens during the development period.

4. What if I want a darker tan?
For a deeper result, reapply approximately 5 minutes after your first application.

5. How should I apply it?
Apply evenly with an EL-TONIC Tan Application Mitt to clean, dry, gently exfoliated skin.

6. Will the tanning baume transfer onto clothes or sheets?
Minimal transfer is expected with EL-TONIC Tan. We recommend waiting until the skin feels mostly dry before dressing. In practice, transfer is very limited.

7. How long does the colour take to develop?
A bronze guide colour is instant. Development time is approximately 6–8 hours. We recommend avoiding contact with water for at least 6 hours. Results may vary depending on individual skin chemistry.

8. Should I rinse after development?
Yes. Rinse after the development window to remove residual guide colour and reveal your final golden glow.

9. How long does the tan last?
The colour typically lasts 5–7 days and fades naturally with gentle cleansing. Results may vary depending on individual skin chemistry.

10. What is the shelf life after opening?
For optimal performance and freshness, we recommend using EL-TONIC Tan within 6 months of opening.

11. Can I use it on my face?
Yes, EL-TONIC Tan is suitable for the face. Avoid direct contact with eyes and perform a patch test prior to first use.

12. Does it contain fragrance?
Yes. A gentle, sensitive-skin–friendly fragrance has been added — without the typical harsh self-tan scent.

13. Is EL-TONIC Tan Australian made and cruelty-free?
Yes. We are proudly Australian made using premium ingredients. We are cruelty-free and never test on animals.
